A day long workshop at the beautiful Teto studio in Islington where we will spend the day crafting round based rush baskets with handles. The perfect basket to use for gathering, storage or display.
It will be created with a check and pairing weave base and there will be options of different weaves to form the body. All baskets will be 20cm in diameter and you can decide on the height and whether you would like one or two handles. Every element will be taught step-by-step. All materials and tools will be provided.
10am - 5pm (with a 1hr lunch break) at Teto, 6 Shillingford St, London N1 2DP
Tea will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the many lovely cafes in the area :)
