BBC Great British Menu

For the 2026 series of the Great British Menu, Ella was commissioned by chef Vincent Smith and contract caterers Vacherin, to create serving baskets. The baskets’ design was based on the treehouse home of Paddington Bear and had to open up to reveal the dish of a savoury marmalade inside. Each basket has a peep hole to look through and lights were hung from the top of each dome to illuminate the food.
